  1. Contact STP as soon as you are aware of the incident

  1. Report the incident to the police (we will advise you if this isn’t necessary)

  1. Gather the supporting documentation, as advised by the claims agent

  1. A loss adjustor is normally assigned, dependent on the value of the claim
