Note that every claim starts off the same way, but due to the nature of some elements, there are differences.
- Contact STP as soon as you are aware of the incident
- Complete the required documentation as soon as you can and send it to STP
- Report the incident to the police (we will advise you if this isn’t necessary)
- Gather the supporting documentation, as advised by the claims agent
- A loss adjustor is normally assigned, dependent on the value of the claim
